The only thing I can delete is part of my Temporary Internet folder. When I'm logged in as Administrator run as it only focus on the the admin account not on any other users on the pc. I have to log on to all my admin accounts run Ccleaner and start again.

Prefetch files are NOT a cache, nothing is preloaded on system startup. The prefetch folder is self-cleaning at entries. CCleaner deletes prefetch files for installed applications crippling how long they take to load.

This folder consumes less then 5MB of disk space and should never be "cleaned". Anyone who says it should or supports what CCleaner does has no concept of how prefetching works and cannot back it up with ANY reproduceable evidence.
